# ZenoCloud Editorial Mineral brand guidelines

Status: internal review system

Version: 1.0.0-review

Date: 23 August 2026

## Brand idea

ZenoCloud is the accountable operating path behind cloud, server and AI infrastructure.

The brand should feel calm, technically credible, experienced and human. It should read as infrastructure before it reads as design.

## Positioning line

ZenoCloud provides, runs and protects cloud, server and AI infrastructure for digital businesses and agencies.

## Primary homepage expression

Built for production. Backed by people.

## Memory system

Recognition does not rely on Mineral Gold alone. Every substantial application should combine at least three of these devices:

1. The exact ZenoCloud logo.
2. Editorial Satoshi typography.
3. JetBrains Mono operating labels.
4. A restrained Mineral marker, rule or equipment plate.
5. Real infrastructure or operator photography.
6. Grids, tables, coordinates or documented operating data.

## Logo

Use the primary Navy and Mineral logo on Soft White, Mineral or White surfaces.

Use the reverse White and Mineral logo on Navy or near-black surfaces.

Never recolour the logo by product line. Cobalt is not a marketing-logo colour.

Maintain clearspace of at least the height of the letter C in CLOUD around the complete lockup.

Recommended minimum digital width: 92 px.

Recommended minimum print width: 28 mm, subject to physical proof.

## Brand colours

### Zeno Navy

- Hex: `#001330`
- Role: primary dark, headings, dark chapters, signage, garments and proposal covers.

### Mineral Gold

- Hex: `#C6A15B`
- Role: identity signal, logo accent, measurement rules, chapter markers and selected phrases on Navy.
- Maximum working share: approximately 8 percent of a typical composition.
- Never use as body text on Soft White or Mineral. Contrast is insufficient.
- No foil, gloss, gradient or digital metallic effect.

### Mineral Gold text

- Hex: `#7E5F1A`
- Role: small labels and links on light surfaces where the primary Mineral value is too light.

### Soft White

- Hex: `#FBFAF7`
- Role: primary marketing canvas.

### Mineral Surface

- Hex: `#F3F0E9`
- Role: chapter separation, data tables and quiet cards.

### White

- Hex: `#FFFFFF`
- Role: product surfaces, forms, documents and maximum-contrast areas.

### Slate

- Hex: `#53657A`
- Role: secondary text on light surfaces.

### Product Cobalt

- Hex: `#2D6BFF`
- Role: product-interface fills, selection, focus and active controls only.
- Do not use in the marketing logo, event booth, clothing, stationery or proposal chrome.

### Product Cobalt text

- Hex: `#174DB8`
- Role: accessible product links and text controls on White.

### Semantic colours

- Live: `#2BCB78`
- Warning: `#F2B544`
- Critical: `#E25555`
- Use only when the colour communicates real operating state.

## Typography

### Satoshi

Use for display, headings, body copy, navigation, buttons and commercial information.

Headlines use medium weight, tight letter spacing and direct line breaks. Avoid centring every headline.

### JetBrains Mono

Use for operating labels, coordinates, product classifications, proof, status, dates and commercial units.

Mono type is a functional memory device. It should not turn every paragraph into terminal copy.

## Photography

Photography should show one of three things:

1. Real infrastructure.
2. Real people operating it.
3. The relationship between hardware, people and evidence.

Prefer mineral or architectural spaces, black powder-coated hardware, natural skin texture and calm working behaviour.

Avoid blue neon, orange cinematic light, generic server aisles, smiling call-centre teams, holograms, sci-fi dashboards and luxury styling.

### GPU and AI imagery

Reveal enterprise accelerator architecture rather than defaulting to either a loose graphics card or a closed server front.

Prefer:

- Original open accelerator trays and cutaways.
- SXM or OAM-style module fields and switching fabric.
- Cold plates, liquid-cooling paths and visible interconnects.
- Dense 4U or 8U multi-GPU servers as supporting context.
- Rack-scale clusters when scale is the point.

Avoid:

- Exposed PCIe add-in cards.
- Consumer blower cards.
- Triple-fan gaming cards.
- RGB lighting, tower PCs and desktop workstations.
- Vendor marks unless use is formally approved.

Use NVIDIA model names factually in adjacent copy when the supplied SKU is verified. Do not use NVIDIA logos, green visual language, official product imagery, partner badges or DGX branding without applicable permission.

Generated images must contain no logos or baked-in copy. Apply exact vector logos and HTML text separately.

## Graphic language

Mineral Gold behaves like a matte equipment plate, not ornament.

Use:

- Thin measurement rules.
- Section coordinates.
- Grid intersections.
- Equipment labels.
- Data-led tables.
- Cropped hardware photography.

Avoid:

- Gold fields behind long copy.
- Decorative curves unrelated to the logo.
- Crests, monograms or luxury packaging cues.
- Multiple equal accent colours.

## Layout rhythm

The system remains interesting by changing chapter type while retaining common tokens.

Recommended homepage sequence:

1. Quiet editorial hero.
2. Image-led infrastructure and people chapter.
3. Structured catalogue.
4. Dark operating chapter.
5. Product-interface evidence.
6. Human agency chapter.
7. Mineral proof band.
8. Commercial table.
9. Resources and objections.
10. Strong closing action.

Do not build every page from the same four-card grid.

## Buttons and interaction

Marketing primary buttons use Navy with White text.

Dark-background marketing buttons may use Mineral Gold with Navy text.

Product-interface primary actions may use Cobalt with White text.

Terracotta, Olive and other exploratory colours are not approved permanent CTA colours.

## Brand voice

Use words such as:

- operator
- workload
- capacity
- deployment
- acceptance
- production
- operating boundary
- escalation
- recovery evidence
- effective cost

Avoid words such as:

- seamless
- cutting-edge
- game-changing
- future-ready
- unlimited
- cheapest
- guaranteed availability
- world-class

Prefer a factual statement, a useful constraint or an operating question over an unsupported adjective.

## Claims

Approved current public claims:

- Operating since 2009.
- 99.9 percent uptime SLA within contracted scope.
- P1 response under 15 minutes for defined incidents where contracted.

Response is not the same as resolution.

Capacity is confirmed before quote. Do not imply standing inventory without current evidence.

## Physical production

Digital approval does not finalise print production.

Before volume orders, obtain proofs for:

1. Uncoated stationery.
2. Embroidery thread on Navy and charcoal garments.
3. Booth vinyl.
4. Backlit signage.
5. Laptop stickers and equipment labels.

Use a flat matte ink match. Do not specify foil or reflective metallic stock by default.

## Governance

One named brand owner should approve new templates and exceptions.

Marketing and product use different interaction tokens but one logo and one external identity.

Every template should include version, owner and last-reviewed date.

Run a quarterly brand check across website, proposals, social, event material, product UI and sales documents.

## Review boundary

This kit is a noindex internal review build. Production rollout requires founder approval, mobile QA, physical proofs, final pricing content, CRM connection and analytics verification.
