# Editorial Mineral homepage production readiness

Date: 23 August 2026

## Ready in this prototype

- Complete desktop and responsive homepage structure.
- Real 390 × 844 visual QA using the same HTML, assets, scripts and responsive CSS.
- Accessible semantic headings, navigation, native dialog, labelled form, disclosure elements and visible focus states.
- Primary and secondary conversion paths.
- Non-transmitting review form with required-field, success and close states.
- PII-free measurement hooks for CTA click, form view, form start and preview success.
- Production-target title, description, canonical URL, Open Graph metadata and Organization JSON-LD.
- Scoped public claims and explicit response-versus-resolution language.
- Approved client-logo assets already present in the project.
- Three generated Editorial Mineral images delivered as WebP plus source PNG.
- No external JavaScript, font or image dependencies.
- No page-level horizontal movement at desktop or 390px review widths.
- No browser console errors or broken images in checked states.

## Required before zenocloud.io replacement

1. Founder approval of Editorial Mineral as the external identity.
2. Final public route mapping for infrastructure, operations, agencies, pricing and resources.
3. Approved cloud, server and GPU plans from the canonical pricing book.
4. Production form adapter to the approved CRM or lead worker.
5. Turnstile, spam controls and privacy wording for the production form.
6. GA4 or GTM consumer verification for the PII-free data-layer events.
7. Final legal, SLA and security-claim review.
8. Final client-logo permission and usage check.
9. Lighthouse, WebPageTest and real-device performance checks on the built Astro route.
10. Redirect, sitemap, canonical, schema and internal-link regression checks.
11. Physical proofs for Mineral Gold in stationery, garments, booth vinyl and signage.
12. Staged rollout and rollback plan for replacing the current homepage.

## Production implementation recommendation

Port the approved static structure into the existing Astro layout and component system rather than deploying this standalone review HTML as the live root.

Preserve:

- Token names and values from `../editorial-mineral/tokens.css`.
- The generated WebP assets.
- Section hierarchy and copy boundaries.
- Existing production analytics, form worker and consent controls.
- Existing URLs unless an approved redirect plan says otherwise.

## Current boundary

The Brand Lab route is production-quality design and frontend reference code. It remains `noindex` and deliberately does not transmit leads or alter production systems.
